Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. While I was searching for a roofing company, I discovered that many roofers will only do full roof replacements and not bother with repairs. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. This entailed stripping off the existing roof shingles to the wood deck and covering the entire deck and up the wall of the adjacent dormer with ice/water shield and then reinstalling matching shingles with new flashing. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. As luck would have it, a heavy rain event happened within a day of the repair and Paul followed up with an email to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs.

We had a very bad wind storm, and a good portion of my roof came off (a local go to highly recommended roofing co. in North Reading did the work and it was slipshod; didn’t hurricane nail or use the tar strips so they blew off). I went on the web, saw the reviews and called LR. They called me back within an hour, i explained the issue, Pete (who is awesome) was out two hours later, gave me a quote same day, and within four days they were out to re-roof. The price, the professionalism, the guarantee, the communication, etc.... are second to none. The roof looks absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. If you're looking for quality work from a very dependable company, I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing.

It was an unbelievably smooth and seamless process working with Kyle at what was an inopportune time to have our roof replaced. Coming off the heels of a renovation project that was quite costly making money tight, we noticed a deluge of water coming down both through the ceiling of our bedroom! A very unsettling and alarming site, to be sure! The following day, no lie, I saw a Lifetime Roofing truck driving through Mattapan...perhaps it was a sign, who knows. In the meantime, we reached out to five or six roofing companies, some of the national chain variety and other local smaller outfits. A trend that I noticed was the bigger companies demanded that both my wife and myself be present for their 'free estimate' which was almost impossible with our schedules to coordinate...and then they became very pushy by calling me three-four times a day for the next several days to coordinate which was a big turnoff. Then, some of the other companies just flaked out on us by not showing. Kyle, of Lifetime Roofing, did no such thing. He arrived by himself, provided an estimate (which turned out to be the actual cost, no hidden suprises), was thorough, sincere, professional and what I appreciated most, not pushy. He did not come to the house with an attitude of 'closing the deal' but instead, had a very approachable demeanor. He got on his ladder, assessed our roof situation and provided a fair price. I got a good feeling from him, and within several days, he and his crew returned and replaced the roof. Kyle was also willing to work with us regarding setting up financing (again, money has been a little tight after the aforementioned renovation project), and he came back to our house to speak to both my wife and me and gave us more financial information and allowed us to crunch the numbers. Later that week, Kyle returned and personally called the lender to ensure the account was set up and that everything was squared away. Spending almost 40 minutes on the phone, Kyle's diligence, patience and again, professionalism, was impressive and reinforced my decision with having chosen Lifetime Roofing. If you need the job done, you can count on Kyle and and his guys at Lifetime Roofing to be timely, courteous, sincere and professional. Getting a roof replaced is not fun, it is stressful but Kyle alleviated all of that for us and we are forever grateful to him for that.

This summer we worked with Paul Baima and his team to install a new roof on our 23 year old house. I could not have been more impressed with the process and roof from start to finish. Everything was as scheduled and Paul went above and beyond to deal with the smallest of details. Paul and the workers returned without any reminders from me to make sure things were exactly right, did things that had nothing to do with the roof but that was discovered as things were being worked on. There were no extra charges which I would have been happy to pay for. Paul was an excellent communicator and he went above and beyond for absolutely everything; he even helped my husband and I bring things out to the dumpster after work one day. The quote was fair from the start and I didn't realize what a good price and excellent team I was hiring. I did my homework as well and they use a highly rated product. Everything was detailed in writing and they even register the warranty for you. I would recommend them to anyone. Last but not least, they were very careful to keep us all safe during the pandemic and wear masks, etc. It has been a long time since I have dealt with a vendor who I could recommend this highly.
